Thunder Valley F1 ®

We had another successful week and weekend of production. Several orders were shipped on Friday and another batch went out today. I have listed several rare items on ebay, do a search on seller id: pratman001 and you’ll find everything I have listed at the moment. There is some equipment I want to get for the business so I can produce better and more complex F1 model products. I’d rather be in a position to bring many planned great products to market for all of us to enjoy than having these items sitting in my storage closet. This is a win - win for everyone! You can get your hands on some very rare items and in the near future get some new products offered by Thunder Valley as never offered before. We’ll have another batch of products completed and will take them to the Post Office for international shipments and FedEx for everything domestic. This past weekend was another great 2 days of production. We completed machining several more electronics connectors, more of the various parts for the T-Series Spindle / Wheel Nut sets and began another run of velocity stacks for our Lotus 25 kits. The photo etch for the Lotus 99T kit and the final sheets of etched parts for the DFV Engine Kits arrived late this afternoon and the etch work is fantastic. All we need now are the metal casting (which should be here this week as well) and the Lotus 99T kits can be shipped. There is a NEW addition to our “Postage Stamp Series” of photo etch parts, this time we put together a small tree of hose clamps and they look great. We’ll be posting some further news on f1m.com as well as sending a brief newsletter out with all the details. This weekend, and the previous one were great for production. The machined parts for the McLaren Brake Kits are all finished….hurray! We are producing the rotors as quickly as possible and will begin shipping the brake kits out the beginning of next week. We had some orders for the McLaren CanAm kits, which are complete and will be shipping tomorrow. This coming weekend we will continue making the rotors for the brake kits and we will be focusing on machining the FW14B kit dampers.
