Thank you for taking a moment to review our site and read a little about us. Your interest in our limited edition hand built and precision manufactured 1/12 scale replicas, kits and formula one modeling products is greatly appreciated.
We started our precision manufactured scale model business in 1989. Our first hand built scale miniature was the famed John Wyer Gulf sponsored Ford GT40 which won the 24 hour classic at LeMans in 1969 with Jacky Ickx at the wheel. By the end of our first week promoting the GT40, we faced a 4 month backlog on orders! Numerous product introductions followed and by 1999 we were shipping precision builds to over 30 countries.
Today we are creating scale miniatures like no other. Our aim is to create the highest level of precision built replicas and related products available.
Development of one of our precision products begins with exhausting research of the subject matter. As in the case of the 126C2, we contacted the owner of the only existing 126C2 for information regarding details and to photograph the chassis and it`s components. Applying what we have learned to the master components for production, we determine what materials and processes will be used to produce each component.
Precision tools of our trade include employing computer aided design, digital measuring devices, cnc machining, ultra-high precision machining tools, plus materials from such diverse fields as medical, aero-space, and the electronics industries. We truly spare no expense in obtaining the latest cutting-edge technologies and materials to produce our products or create our hand built precision replicas.
Countless hours are invested in producing the masters for the large number of components that will find their way into each precision build or product. Additionally, with our hand built replicas, hundreds of hours are invested in the process of hand assembling each replica, effectively creating an original with each precision build. No two are ever identical.
