For credit card purchases:
We prefer to speak with our clients directly to obtain the needed information. You can also send your credit card information broken into two seperate e-mails. We also require the billing address number and Zip Code / Postal Code as well as the card security code (normally listed on the back of the card and is 3 digits). These additional steps helps to significantly reduce credit card fraud, protect you, our customer and keep prices low. Please include your contact information if you would like us to call you to obtain your credit card information.
International customers please use: Paypal, Visa or MasterCard.
Please note: Due to dramatic increases in US banking fees we prefer to no longer accept International Money Orders. If it is preferred or required to remit payment using an International Money Order please add $15.00 to your order total for the bank service fees.
Michigan Residents:
Please add 6% State Sales Tax to your order total (not including shipping).
Shipping & Insurance:
The U.S. Postal Services has a new program called “Priority Flat Rate Shipping”. Their slogan is: “If it fits, it ships for one low flat rate”. We have finally received information from the Postal Services with the rates, they are listed below with the carton sizes. We also offer other options, such as First Class Mail, to help our customers minimize or avoid shipping costs altogether, just ask we’ll put together the best deal we can.
U.S. Postal Service “Priority Mail Flat Rate, Fees & Sizes”:
Small:
Size: 5 x 8 1 1/2 inches - Rates: $4.95 Domestic / $12.95 International (Nearly all orders can be packed in this box. If an order can not be shipped in one of these cartons, it is more economical for us to ship your order in two small boxes than to bump up to the medium or large Flat Rate boxes.)
Medium:
Size: 12 x 13 1/2 x 3 1/2 inches Rates: $10.35 Domestic / $41.95 International (Rarely needed for shipping.)
Size: 8 1/2 x 11 x 5 1/2 inches - Rates: $10.35 Domestic / $41.95 International (Rarely needed for shipping.)
Large:
Size: 12 x 12 x 5 1/2 inches - Rates: $13.95 Domestic / $53.95 International (Rarely needed for shipping.)
